Dr. W's goal is to help people - especially his patients - to become more holistic in their thinking, living and healing. He knows that we all do best when we have incentives to do even those good things we have intentions of doing.
Here's your incentive: Watch the videos that are part of Dr. W's Holistic Learning Program. At the end of each of the nine lessons, you'll be prompted to take a short quiz. Pass the quiz (you can retake them if necessary) and you'll get an online certificate that shows that you watched that particular "holistic lesson".
Show that certificate to Harpinder at the front desk. She will give you a $10.00 credit toward that day's office visit. Bear in mind that we ask you (honor system, here) that you also take the time to also watch at least one more of Dr. W's other videos on Dr. W's Growing Holistically site (his podcasts, 4 Element Yoga, Self-Renewal Topics) for each of those $10.00 credits.
Things to note:
Only one $10.00 credit can be used at the time of each office visit. If you are using them toward your payment of an office visit, it must be either a Level 1, 2 or 3 office visit - not a brief, "spinal adjustment only" visit.
If you are on a prepaid office program, these credits can be used for nutrition and herbal supports, or used toward a future pack.
Patients who are not on a program (are just receiving brief office visits) can use these credits toward nutritional/herbal supports, or toward a fuller office visit.
If you are a Workers' Compensation or No Fault Auto patient, you can use these credits toward nutritional/herbal supports.
